The Role

Lead a team of dedicated campaigners finding solutions to the challenges of climate change adaptation and mitigation.  Your immediate focus will be working with ACF supporters and allies to build the community power and momentum needed to transition Australia off polluting coal and onto clean energy.

Supporter Services Manager

  • Work with an established and knowledgeable team, with genuine support reporting directly to the Director of Fundraising.
  • Permanent, full-time position with a salary of $88,350 per annum plus 10% superannuation and great working conditions!

Unfortunately, the previous incumbent had to depart on short notice due to a sudden and unexpected change in personal circumstances, thus we are back in the market to fill this role.

The Role

With the full support and guidance from the Director of Fundraising, and working in conjunction with the Direct Marketing and Regular Giving team, the Database and Online Technologies (DOT) team, and other ACF directorates, you will bring your strategic insights and significant experience to actively lead the Supporter Services area.

Your role is pivotal in providing the best possible supporter-centric approach and you will ensure that interactions with supporters are conducted positively, reflecting ACF’s values and vision.  You will manage the effectiveness of gift processing functions and the workflow for staff, and implement strategies to optimize processing performance and data integrity.

Your Skills

You will:

  • Be a great motivator; leading and developing your team and getting results.
  • Manage the overall integrity of our CRM (Raiser’s Edge).
  • Monitor key performance measures including supporter feedback, transaction volumes and trends, and service level standards.
  • Implement overall strategy for supporter-record data hygiene processes.
  • Contribute to the wider Fundraising directorate’s strategy and targets.
