Post on Siemens' Facebook page! Then comment here to let us know you've taken action.

Now will you amplify your impact by posting on their Facebook page?

Siemens is a global brand and is very sensitive to public criticism.

Comment on any Siemens’ post, asking them to rule out working with Adani (the post where Siemens shares their dream to 'make cities more livable, industry more efficient and society more sustainable' would be a good one to comment on – that vision doesn’t align with supporting coal projects, does it?!)

Tips for your Facebook comment:

  • Keep it short and punchy – people (including from Siemens!) are more likely to read a shorter post than a really long one
  • Have a clear ask – ask Siemens to rule out working with Adani
  • Make it personal – after all, this is your message to Siemens! Make it unique to you. You might want to share why you care about stopping projects that will fuel climate damage, like Adani, and protecting our planet

As a medical specialist I will now canvas my colleagues to support a ban of the purchase of any Siemens equipment in the future. Radiology, Cardiology and Anaesthesiology in particular.

Siemens are supporting the destruction of our planet by supporting Adani. I have young adult children whose lives will be severely impacted by the Adani Coalmine, as will all your children and all your friends. It is time to reverse any decision to support another coalmine on this planet.

Get all your top people to go home and tell their wives and kids about what they have done. See what the feed back is. You don’t care about us, maybe you care about your own

Dear Sir,
How could you possibly support this Climate Wrecking Adani Mine by trading with it?
There is only one Planet and this mine is contributing to its demise with your complicit help.
People before profit.
Shame on you for being so irresponsible.
I, for one, will not be purchasing any more of your products

Yours sincerely,
Michael Sheriff

I feel that you and your company are complicit in the climate crisis by helping Adani build it’s mine.

Please stop the contract supplying signalling equipment for Adani mine.
We must reduce global emissions and stop Adani opening this mine to take action on climate change

A shameful decision by Siemens – short term profit over the lives of their -our children and the planet eco systems

Our country is burning and you do this. Shame on you! It is disgraceful. You lack the moral courage other companies have shown by refusing to get into bed with Adani. When our reef ecosystems are destroyed and our planet can no longer support life, what use will all the money make be to your greedy executives?

I am disappointed and disgusted. Money is not important. I cannot believe how uncaring and irresponsible this company, Adani and the Government are being.

I’m ashamed of Australia right now.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Putting money and profit ahead of a sustainable future. Go talk to your children and your grandchildren and ask them if they are ok with your decision to destroy our fragile planet a little more for your own greed

Ian Gill Siemens seem to have a low self esteem if they persist with getting into the company of Adani.
In particular the youth of the world are watching and are most impressionable. This act will take a long time to turn around their thinking. Perhaps you have a very short time frame when viewing the future of Siemens.
