Climate damage is here now yet billionaire polluters are lining up to dig and burn more coal. Coal corporation Adani want to dig one of the world’s biggest coal mines in Queensland.

But people don't want this mine. If the mine goes ahead it would create billions of tonnes of pollution, wreck our climate and spell the end for our Great Barrier Reef.

The Australian Conservation Foundation community challenged the federal government's approval of the mine in court. But our laws can’t stop the government from approving Australia’s biggest coal mine, even as the reef dies before our eyes.

Governments have a responsibility to create a future where our reef, communities and wildlife all thrive.

Federal Environment Minister, Melissa Price has the power to stop this mine. And our future depends on it. It's critical she hears from everyone who cares that we want our beautiful reef, not more polluting coal.

Sign the petition to tell the Federal Minister for Environment, Melissa Price to:

Reject Adani’s Carmichael coal mine and create strong new laws to protect our Great Barrier Reef.

Why is mining our reef even considered?
Would the destruction of Stonehenge for prescious metals or any other world famous site be similarly considered?

The selfishness and arrogance of the politician is the motive for the hideous crimes againt humanity and nature. Get this right. Shut that mine down. And if you read this, you will not have your tax-payer funded receptionist send me your lies.

Please stop pandering to the greed of large corporations and start listening to the people who will be impacted by these decisions. People and planet over power and profit!
