This is your invitation to the third and biggest School Strike 4 Climate yet!

Their massive, student-led movement is building power around the world, and they're asking all of us to stand with them on 20 September for a day of high-impact global action.

In March, over 150,000 students and supporters across Australia striked for climate action. Since then, they're only stronger and more organised – capturing hearts and minds globally, and putting huge pressure on our leaders to step up.

Now, it's time for all of us to stand with them and turn our communities out to make this strike HUGE!

Australia is in the thick of the climate crisis. Our emissions are increasing, and our governments refuse to stop massive new fossil fuel projects like Adani’s coal mine.

But together, we can turn all this around. On 20 September, let's all stand with the students as they strike school and gather in huge numbers to demand climate action from our leaders here and around the world.

Local organisers are working to support the students in making the Darwin strike HUGE. They're spreading flyers and posters around town, getting creative with banner and sign-making – to get involved in the local recruitment efforts, email the team at globalclimatestrikedarwin@gmail.com

Everyone is invited. And everyone is needed. If you’re an adult, join the students in solidarity – see you there!

This is a student-led event with assistance from our allies Friends of the Earth and the Australian Youth Climate Coalition.
