Join us for a gentle nature walk through the western side of Seven Hills Bushland Reserve.

RSVP to this link AND numbers are limited, so please register via the Humanitix link:

https://events.humanitix.com/seven-hills-bushland-reserve-nature-walk

Seven Hills Bushland Reserve covers over 50 hectares and is located 15 minutes south east of Brisbane's CBD.

We'll travel along the riparian rainforest that borders upper Perrin Creek and observe towering tree-ferns, old-growth eucalypts, bush tucker and verdant native grasses. We might see or hear a variety of native birds where they gather next to deep permanent waterholes. We'll also see evidence of koala and glider activity.

After a short break we'll climb to the highest point in the reserve to inspect bush regeneration in a harsh environment. We might spy some of the delicate wildflowers (like the pictured Fringed Lily) that hide in open eucalypt forests.

Michael Ryan of Perrin Creek Bushcare will be our guide.  Michael brings a wealth of knowledge of our local ecosystems and their flora and fauna.

Don’t miss this opportunity to experience a relaxed and informative walk through one of Brisbane’s urban pockets of bushland.
