This past summer, our communities across the continent have faced devastating climate impacts – extreme heat, firestorms and floods, fuelled by climate-wrecking coal and gas.

Yet the Albanese Government is failing to stand up to big polluters like Woodside and handing over billions of dollars of public money to coal, oil and gas.

Now is the time for our movement to rise up and make our demands clear! No more coal and gas, stop handouts for big polluters, and ensure strong new nature laws that actually protect our wildlife from climate destruction.

Join our allies at Australian Youth Climate Coalition (AYCC) for Rise Up Perth! 

Let's show our people power. At this event you'll hear from powerful speakers and take action to ramp up the pressure on the Albanese Government ahead of the Budget to end coal and gas handouts.

We’re partnering with our friends at Move Beyond Coal, Australian Youth Climate Coalition, 350.org and GetUp! to run huge events across the country from Monday 29 April to Friday 10 May. When hundreds, or even thousands of us take to the streets in this coordinated wave of action, we will loudly convey a message that the Albanese Government cannot ignore!
