Info session 1: how to run a Rise Up local action

Come along to this short information session with Joel Marlan-Tribe, ACF's Community and Mobilisation Manager. You'll learn more about running a local action outside your Member of Parliament's (MP's) office as part of Rise Up: a movement-wide 12 days of action! 

This past summer, our communities across the continent have faced devastating climate impacts – extreme heat, firestorms and floods, fuelled by climate-wrecking coal and gas.

Yet the Albanese Government is failing to stand up to big polluters like Woodside and handing over billions of dollars of public money to coal, oil and gas.

This is the time for our movement to rise up and make our demands clear! No more coal and gas, stop handouts for big polluters, and ensure strong new nature laws that actually protect our wildlife from climate destruction.
