ACF Central Victoria April 2024 Fryers Ridge Bushwalk

Join us for a lovely but challenging loop walk in the Fryers Ridge State Forest.  This walk replaces the cancelled Walmer Forest Bushwalk.

The meeting point is about an hour’s drive from central Bendigo and half an hour from central Castlemaine.  You will need to register to find out exactly where we will meet and start our walk.

The total walking distance is about 6 km, and we expect to finish in 2 – 2.5 hours.  The route is quite challenging in places, with steep hills, eroded tracks, loose surfaces and uneven ground, but well worth the effort!  Please wear sturdy supportive footwear and suitable clothing, bring your walking poles, drinking water and snacks, and protect yourself from the elements.
