You can access your tax receipts for the past three years online at: www.acf.org.au/signin

How can I receive fewer ACF emails?

Unfortunately our system isn’t set up to be able to limit the amount of emails you receive. We do our best to send emails that are relevant to your location, but understand that sometimes this still feels like too many emails!

Here are a couple of options for managing your emails:

  1. Unsubscribe from appeals emails only – to organise this, email [email protected] and request to be excluded from emails where the main request is an appeal. Or,
  2. Unsubscribe from all emails – to organise this, go to www.acf.org.au/unsubscribe and click the black “Unsubscribe” button. Alternatively, click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email you have received from ACF.

How can I stop receiving ACF emails?

We’re sorry to hear that you no longer want to receive emails from us! To opt out of all emails please go to www.acf.org.au/unsubscribe and then click the black “Unsubscribe” button and enter your email address. Alternatively, click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any ACF email you have received.

To stay connected with ACF, check us out on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.

If you decide you want to hear from ACF in the future, simply sign up at www.acf.org.au/join. Please note that if you take action with ACF (like signing a petition or RSVPing to an event) this will also opt you back in to receiving emails from ACF.

I am having difficulty signing up or taking action on ACF’s website. What should I do?

For example, you may be trying to sign a petition, add your name to an open letter, send a pre-filled email to your Member of Parliament or RSVP to an event but the website isn’t working.

Sorry to hear you’re having difficulties with our website, that can be really frustrating!

Try these three steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Use a different device. For example, if you are attempting to open the link on your mobile phone, try it on your laptop or computer instead.
  2. Use a private window. Try opening a private (also known as a “hidden” or “incognito”) browser window, then paste or type the link into that tab.
  3. Use a different internet browser. For example, if you usually use Mozilla Firefox, try opening the link in Internet Explorer or Google Chrome instead.

If you’ve tried these steps and none of them help, please email us at [email protected] so we can investigate further, and please include a photograph or screenshot of the issue.

For urgent inquiries, contact us on 1800 223 669 (free within Australia) Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm AEDT.

Can ACF help with a local issue/campaign?

It’s fantastic that there are so many community members like yourself taking action on local issues, speaking up for rivers, wildlife, forests and other people in their local area.

ACF receives requests every day to support all kinds of really important issues – but as we have limited resources we have to prioritise our own campaigns. ACF takes action at a systemic level, focusing on the laws and institutions that drive climate damage and nature destruction. This means that unfortunately we have limited capacity to take on local campaigns.

As a local citizen, you have a lot of power to rally your community and lobby decision makers. Check out our action kits for some good ideas about how to put pressure on your elected representatives, whether local, federal or state.

You might like to see if there is an ACF Community group near you, so you can take action together.

You could also set up your own Facebook page about the issue and share it with your local community, or create a change.org petition.

Good luck!
