Yoga beside the sea - April 2023

Our yoga session has been rescheduled, so limber up.

Join us for yoga beside the sea. Through the practice of mindfulness, we’ll connect with our environment, particularly the sea. Our wonderful fellow volunteer, Elliot will lead the 45-minute session.

Aim to arrive by 8:50am, for a 9am start.

What you will need to bring/wear

• Yoga mat/towel
• Comfortable clothes
• Water bottle, hat and sunscreen

Afterward, feel free to join us for a coffee (or tea).

Please let us know if you can’t make it, even if it’s last minute.
