Limber up!
Join us for yoga beside the sea in the new year. Elliot, a fellow ACF volunteer, will lead the 45-minute session.
Through the practice of mindfulness, we’ll connect with our environment, particularly the sea.
Afterward, feel free to go for a dip in the ocean and/or join us for a coffee (or tea).
What you will need to bring/wear
Please let us know if you can’t make it, even if it’s last minute.
