No new coal and gas: “There have been 23 coal and gas approvals since the last election. If you want my vote, I demand that you say no to new coal and gas and no to investing public money into the coal and gas industries that are making billions while wrecking our climate.”

Reject nuclear: “Nuclear is a pipedream. The first reactors won’t be ready until the early 2040s and the infrastructure cost is 5-10 times more expensive than solar and wind. That’s too slow to stop climate destruction and too expensive amid a cost-of-living crisis. My vote will go to a candidate who says no to nuclear.”

Protect nature: “Australia’s nature laws are broken and outdated. 28 Opera Houses worth of habitat is cleared every hour. This election, I will back a candidate who’ll stand up to lobby groups and reform our nature laws, so they actually protect our forests, rivers and animals.”

Yes to renewables: “I support a renewable-powered Australia. Renewables already power 40% of Australia’s electricity and are our cheapest form of new electricity generation. This election, I want to see you commit to building more cheap, clean renewable energy to create a safe climate future for our communities and wildlife.”
