Woodlands Historic Park walk

Our next nature walk is coming up on Sunday 24 September and we'd love to see you there. 

We'll meet 10 am at Woodlands Historic Park Somerton Rd picnic area for a 5 km walk. The walk is easy to moderate over gravel paths, some uneven, with slopes up and down and will take less than 2 hours.

The park is so large, this walk is a “taster” that will introduce you to the variety on offer within the park.

Where and when:
Meet 10 am at Woodlands Historic Park Somerton Rd picnic area near the information board, opposite the loo block. Access is via 1030 –1038 Somerton Rd, Greenvale 3059.

What to bring:

• Good walking shoes (no gumboots required)
• Dress for the weather - including hat
• Snacks, water and lunch to enjoy together at the conclusion of the walk
• Binoculars and bird book
