Demand the Queensland Government protect indigenous rights - no extinguishment of native title for Adani!

The Federal Court just dismissed the Wangan & Jagalingou Traditional Owners’ legal challenge against Adani's coal mine. If they choose to, the Queensland Government could extinguish Native Title rights at any moment.

Stand with the Wangan & Jagalingou Traditional Owners and demand the Queensland Government never extinguish Native Title to make way for Adani’s coal mine.

It would be a travesty for the Government to wipe out native title for Adani. If Queensland can stop Adani dredging the Reef before they have money, or pull the pin on $1 billion NAIF funding, they can surely protect Traditional Owner rights to land. Together we can demand the Palaszczuk does the right thing.
