Queensland is about to go to the polls and energy is a hot topic. Join ACF Community NW Brisbane as they delve into the opportunities of clean energy in the sunshine state.
The Brisbane Renewables Forum will explore clean energy from the sun and wind that’s good for Queensland communities, our kids, our future and our reef.
WHAT: ACF NW Brisbane Renewables Forum
WHEN: Sunday 19 November from 1-5pm
WHERE: Artist Cafe & Gallery, 662 Samford Rd Mitchelton, QLD 4503
There will be a short film screening on the direction that climate and energy policy is taking around the globe; a guest panel of experts including Hugh Grant (energy sector executive), Trevor Berrill (energy consultant) and Jason Lyddieth (ACF climate campaigner); live music from Lismore musician Luke Vassella, as well as some great food and company.
Best of all, the afternoon is free!
We look forward to seeing you there.
ACF Community NW Brisbane is part of a network of independently organised, volunteer-run groups in the ACF community. ACF will pass on your contact details to the host for the purpose of running the event.
