I am having difficulty signing up or taking action on ACF’s website. What should I do?

For example, you may be trying to sign a petition, add your name to an open letter, send a pre-filled email to your Member of Parliament or RSVP to an event but the website isn’t working.

Try these three steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Use a different device. For example, if you are attempting to open the link on your mobile phone, try it on your laptop or computer instead.
2. Use a private window. Try opening a private (also known as a “hidden” or “incognito”) browser window, then paste or type the link into that tab.
3. Use a different internet browser. For example, if you usually use Mozilla Firefox, try opening the link in Internet Explorer or Google Chrome instead.
