Getting out in nature is proven to help our mental health, and we’re so lucky to live in a place where we have access to so much of it! However, we need to look after it and this activity aims to remove invasive plant species in the bush up at Belrose. Come along and meet some like-minded people who have a strong connection to nature and want to protect it.

We’ll walk for roughly 45 minutes before we reach the area that requires weeding, and spend one-hour weeding before we head back. We’ll be removing paspalum, whisky grass, digitaria, and richardia species, our guide Conny Harris will show you how to look for them and the best techniques to pull them out – no prior experience is necessary!
