World Environment Day on Monday 5 June gives your Member of Parliament (MP) a clear platform to call publicly for urgent strong nature laws that stop the destruction of our forests, wetlands and wildlife.

Together, we can flood our MPs with messages from us – the people they represent – to pave the way for them to take this chance to speak up.

Sign up to have a quick, drop-in conversation at your MP’s office this week or next to ramp up the pressure on them to speak up for nature on World Environment Day.

Every MP that speaks up raises the pressure on the Albanese Government to urgently follow through on its commitment to new laws and an independent nature regulator to enforce them.

Never visited your MP’s office before? We’ve got you covered. When you sign up, you’ll receive a step-by-step guide to visiting your MP, including:

  • A tool to find your local MP and send them a template email letting them know when you’ll visit.
  • Tips for having a short but powerful conversation with your MP or a member of their staff.

You don’t have to be an expert. You being there, explaining why you care, is what makes the biggest impact.
