What is Action Centre?

Action Centre is ACF's online local organising tool that helps you build a powerful community of action-takers. This introduction video explains:

 

How do I access Action Centre?

If you already have a login, go to actioncentre.community.acf.org.au to get started.

If you don't have a login, you can gain access by following these steps.

  1. Work out with your group whether you're going to take on Action Centre duties
  2. Complete the Data Privacy Training for community groups
  3. Email [email protected] to request access or get in touch with your community organiser.
  4. Go to the login page to get started!

 

How do I use Action Centre?

Self-help

The video tutorials below walk you through Action Centre's key functions and give you everything you need to get started. 

The ACF Action Centre guide covers similar content but in written form. Becoming familiar with both the videos and the written guide will be time well spent.

The Action Centre copy-deck gives you ideas for email, event and call-script content.

Trouble-shooting

To get more advanced or specific help, share your ideas or to report user issues, reach out on the #acf-c-action-centre Slack channel.

Deeper training

If multiple members in your group would like to have an in person training to help you divide up Action Centre tasks and optimise your group's use of it, send Tom and email.
