Community Web Training - Troubleshooting Zoom: drop-in support session

It is important that we stay connected as a community during these challenging and uncertain times. 

That's why we're supporting our community to get confident using Zoom.

These drop-in support sessions are for people who:

• Plan to host or co-host a Zoom call;
• Have attended a 'Facilitating online meetings' training (RSVP for those here and here), and;
• Have read through our Zoom participant and host guides but are still running into challenges.

If that sounds like you, then you're in the right place.

Join the drop-in session via Zoom at 1pm AEDT.

During the drop-in session we'll go over the skills you learnt in the 'Facilitating online meetings' training and go through the most common challenges Zoom hosts face. There'll be time for questions and practice, too.

The session starts at 1pm AEDT – so that's 1pm in ACT, NSW, Tas and Vic; 12pm in Qld; 12.30pm in SA; 11.30am in the NT; and 10am in WA.

The session will be open for an hour. See you there!
