Brisbane West Conservation Network and Transition Town Kenmore are pleased to invite you to attend Jan McNicol's presentation of The RePower Australia Plan.
The Plan to Repower Australia was researched and written by the Community Power Agency and a team of experts on behalf of 350.org, Australian Conservation Foundation, GetUp!, Solar Citizens, Environment Victoria, and Nature Conservation Council of NSW. It sets out what we need to do to repower Australia with 100% renewable electricity.

Jan McNicol will be giving a twenty-five minute presentation on the Plan to Repower Australia which describes how governments and citizens can guide the process of transitioning to 100% renewable electricity by 2030, without leaving anyone behind.

Jan is a long term environmental activist who quit her university library job last year to become a full time climate activist, working on both stopping fossil fuels and promoting renewable energy.

Giving talks to groups and parliamentarians on the Plan is part of that activism.

Brisbane West Conservation Network is part of a network of independently organised, volunteer-run groups in the ACF community. ACF will pass on your contact details to the host for the purpose of running the event.
