To celebrate ACF's Platy-project month of action, ACF Hunter Community will be screening the ABC's documentary The Platypus Guardian. The documentary highlights the work of Pete Walsh in protecting the platypus of the Hobart Rivulet and is an inspiring story about the potential we all have to make a difference for nature and our beloved native creatures. As the fight for stronger nature laws continues, with public consultations just around the corner, we will discuss what we can do as a community to contribute to protecting our environment, locally and nationally.

On the night we will joined by guess speakers who can answer your platypus and general nature questions, so please bring along your nature questions.

This is a social event open to everyone. Please feel free to bring friends and family along. Non-alcoholic drinks and nibblies will be provided.

Guest speakes on the night are to be announced!
