Right now nearly 2000 unique Australian plants, animals and ecosystems are at risk of extinction – and that list keeps getting longer. It is time to take a stand!
With a new PM in the Lodge and a federal election within the next nine months, we need to make sure our elected representatives understand Australia is facing an extinction crisis, and more importantly, there is a simple solution – they can make strong laws to safeguard habitat and protect and reconnect our living world.
Join us on the lawns of Parliament House in Canberra to take a stand against extinction. Paint a banner, make a mask or bring a photo of a threatened animal you love.
This event is independently hosted by our ally The Wilderness Society.
