Southern Tablelands, NSW: talk by Professor Mark Howden

Professor Mark Howden is Vice-Chairman of the IPCC and will have just returned from the latest IPCC meeting in Ireland. He will bring with him the latest understanding on climate change and IPCC's case for action. His talk is entitled 'The Rationale for Climate Action'
