The evidence is in: climate action is good for our health, our economy and our kids.

Come and hear from a cracking panel of speakers, made up of experts and locals, as to how climate action will create safer and healthier communities in the electorate of Reid.

Speakers:

  • A/Prof Ying Zhang: leading climate-health researcher from Sydney University
  • Mick Boyle: Reid local, civil engineer and chairman of major infrastructure company
  • Anna Harvey: local parent and Inner West Parents for Climate Action volunteer
  • Alice Bhasale: Reid local and ACF Greater Western Sydney volunteer

Moderator:

  • Bill Bowman: ACF Greater Western Sydney group leader

Bring your kids, friends and an open mind! If you need a Mandarin interpreter, let Ken Matahari (ACF Community Organiser) know by emailing [email protected] by Tuesday 26 April.

We have limited spots at this event so if you're no longer able to RSVP, it means we have filled all the spots. You can email me (ke[email protected]) to be put on reserve list if you'd like.

This event is co-hosted by ACF Community Greater Western Sydney and the Climate and Health Alliance. ACF Community Greater Western Sydney is part of a network of independently organised, volunteer-run groups in the ACF community. ACF will pass on your contact details to the host for the purpose of running the event.
