How to drop the report off at your MP’s office
- Sign up (you’ve already done this!)
- Download the report and print it out
- Find your local state MP and use our template message to send them an email to let them know you’re coming once you've chosen a time to the report off at their office (offices are typically open during business hours)
- Drop the report off at an arranged time and take a photo of you dropping the report off!
- Then let us know and upload your photo so that we add can a new pin to the Queensland CAN! map and measure our collective impact across Queensland!
ACF Community Queensland members do report drop-offs to their local MPs.
How to meet with your MP and hand them the report
- Sign up (you’ve already done this!)
- Find your local state MP and use our template message to send an email to their office and schedule a meeting time.
- Let us know when your meeting is and we’ll schedule a time for ACF staff to prep you for the meeting. If you have opted into connecting with people in your local area, we’ll also invite other interested folks to join you at your prep session with ACF staff and your MP meeting.
- Download the report, print it out, and watch this quick video on how to talk to your MP about it.
- Meet with your MP and take a photo with them!
- Then let us know and upload your photo so that we add can a new pin to the Queensland CAN! map and measure our collective impact across Queensland!
