Join in this snap action on Turnbull’s front steps to show him that we will keep piling on the pressure until he rules out this mine.
Last week it was revealed in the Sydney Morning Herald that The federal government is still thinking of handing over hundreds of millions of public dollars through another government body, EFIC.
What is EFIC? It's the "Export Finance and Insurance Corporation" – a federal government body which funds projects in Australia and overseas.
This is unacceptable. Let’s show up in numbers and let Malcolm Turnbull know that we do not accept any public money going to a mega coal mine which will destroy our reef and climate.
What: Snap action outside the PM’s office
When: Thursday 15 March at 10-11am
Where: Malcolm Turnbull’s office, 287-289 New South Head Rd, Edgecliff (a short walk from Edgecliff Station)
Bring: Friends, family, signs and water! Wear red and black (the Stop Adani colours)
Want to know more? Last year, we dug up some dirt on EFIC and their dodgy links to coal and Adani. It’s absolutely unacceptable for our elected representatives to get caught up in their dodgy dealings.
