Petition Delivery to Dr. Andrew Charlton MP

Since the election, ACF community groups across Australia have turned their attention to saving our big backyard and fighting for legislation that will protect our beautiful natural environment. This has led to many actions and many events out in nature, reconnecting the wider community to the wonder of our environment. 

The wider community has demonstrated that they clearly support this campaign in a number of ways, including signing on to our nature petition, which calls for stronger laws to protect our natural environment. This petition has now reached over 500,000 signatures and so it is time for us to deliver it to our elected representatives.

With the help of a local volunteer, ACF Greater Western Sydney has been able to secure a meeting with Dr. Andrew Charlton at his office on November 16th.

Please come along and help us deliver this petition to Dr. Andrew Charlton and to have a brief meeting with Dr. Charlton as we discuss local issues and and ask for Dr. Charlton to advocate for Western Sydney and its environment in Parliament. 

All are welcome, there is no prior experience needed as coaching will be available as required. 

We can only take a few participants due to the nature of the meeting, so please do not hesitate and RSVP while you can.
