We need total transparency to where donations go and by whom. Democracy must be driven by the people not politicians deciding based on donations

Our people are not stupid, but the way big money is thrown around, we sometimes feel bypassed.

Frank Francis…selling off a piece of the farm to repay your debts eventually leads to bankruptsy.This is exactly what Australia has been doing for many,many years. Both major political parties subscribe to this,as an easy way to keep the nation prosperous in the short term…I am at a loss to explain the logic in this anti Australian attitude……Frank Francis

Democratic process is corrupted when big money buys candidates and promotes policy decisions. It is time to change this in Australia and allow the government to work for the people, not the corporations

Because my whole family; fought for Democracy; they’re all gone now; so it’s very important to me, to carry on the fight; which has almost been obliterated , with the Far Right, insidiously infiltrating . It scared me to death; seeing the way things are going right now; and have been for the last couple of years.
In 1974 I emigrated to a laid back, she’ll be right, Australia! Had I arrived yesterday; I would think I had arrived in Nazi Getmaby.
The government of the day; is supposed to be working for its citizens, however, it’s working to swell their own coffers.

The propaganda around election time, is horrendous! and the people fall for it! We lost a wonderful msn in Britain, Jeremy Corbyn; who would have changed the lot of the workers and families in particular. A terrible smear campaign took him out of the race; with his own party stabbed him in the back; the now leader of the so called Labour Party, is a wolf in Tory clothing.
Similarly; Bill Shorten, of the Australian Labour Party, also suffered a smear campaign against him! all because he saw the injustice, of self made retirees; were being given a tax. Y the government; when they didn’t even pay tax! unfair for the rest of the aged pensioners , who were not nearly S well off.
I could go on! Israel; Afghanistan , Syria et,c, etc

The most important thing that needs to happen in the world today to make a future possible for our children !

Government should serve all interests and listen to all viewpoints. Should not be influenced by big money.
