Join us for a walk near Golden Point, taking in part of the Castlemaine Diggings National Heritage Park, and visiting the 19th century stone ruins of the Welsh Village mining settlement.
Please register to find out exactly where we will meet and start our walk.
Wear sturdy footwear, suitable clothing, bring drinking water and protect yourself from sun, mosquitos, wind and rain.
Allowing for some time to explore the interesting Welsh Village, the walk will take 2 to 2.5 hours and includes some hills and a creek crossing. Sturdy footwear is important.
