Monday 5 June 2017 is World Environment Day, but our federal Environment Minister Josh Frydenberg has been letting Australia’s climate pollution increase, demonising renewable energy and spruiking the myth of “clean coal”.
Join us outside his office in Camberwell on World Environment Day Monday 5 June to add your personal message to Josh Frydenberg.
This same week, Australia’s chief scientist Alan Finkel will present his report on energy policy to the Council of Australian Governments.
This is a great opportunity to show our Environment Minister that we will no longer put up with the Coalition’s inaction – we want a serious and urgent response to climate change now.
This action is brought to you by the Kooyong Climate Coalition and Environment Victoria.
