Banner painting and crafting in Centennial Park for March for Nature!

On Saturday 5 October, ACF, Birdlife, The Wilderness Society, Nature Conservation Council of NSW, and all nature-lovers across Sydney are coming together for a big, powerful and inspiring March for Nature. We'll be making our community's demands heard as the Albanese Government prepares to host global political and business leaders for the Nature Positive Summit in Sydney.

To make this moment sing, we need your help to paint some banners and other march materials before the big day! 

On Saturday 28 September at 11am, we'll gather at Centennial Park to paint some banners and posters.

ACF will provide some template posters and banners for those who prefer some creative direction, and blank posters and banners for those who have some artistic flair! We are also going to be making up koala shaped masks to wear at the march. 

This is a family friendly event - we will be bringing water based paints so they'll wash out of clothes! 

Please bring along a blanket to sit on if you'd like, and some snacks to munch on as you paint. You're also welcome to bring collaging materials or any other art supplies that make your heart sing! ACF will be providing paints, crayons and markers.
