Join us for a walk on a formed and well-marked track in the Fryers Range State Forest, near Chewton, with some good bird watching opportunities.
Please register to find out exactly where we will meet and start our walk.
Wear sturdy footwear and suitable clothing, bring drinking water and protect yourself from sun, mosquitos, wind and rain.
Allowing for some time to observe the abundant bird life, the walk will take 1.5 to 2 hours. It traverses some short steep hills and the track has some steep rocky sections and obstacles. Sturdy footwear is important.
Please RSVP here and include your phone number. You will get an email confirming your booking, with details of the specific starting point. (Email’s Subject: RSVP Confirmation ACF Bendigo District March Bushwalk from ACF [email protected])
If you RSVP, we will also have an idea of how many are coming so we don't leave you behind if you are running late! Friends and family are welcome, but must register individually, as we need to have names and contact numbers for all participants.
Hope to see you there :-)
