What a blast the past few months have been in the lead up to triple j’s Hottest 100, Saturday 28 January!

We’ve loved being able to share our passion for climate action and nature protection with new people across Australia, meet the friendly faces at triple j and showcase some of our enthusiastic and talented staff.

This partnership has been a wonderful reminder of why we must continue to speak out for the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the places and wildlife we love.

Here’s a quick recap on some of the fun we’ve had (and a quick introduction to the exciting new climate tool we’ve just released!)

ACF mic’d up! 🎤

We had the chance to meet some very cool people during visits to the triple j studio in Sydney and the ABC studios in Melbourne!

ACF staff had the opportunity to chat with triple j presenters about the importance of protecting our environment against climate change and why this partnership is so important for a safer future.

Check out Darcie’s video about the mountain pygmy possum and other behind-the-scenes action.

Artists showed their support for our big backyard!

Some of Australia’s biggest musical acts have shown their support for ACF! Lime Cordiale and King Stingray took us to their favourite nature spots to share messages about why protecting our environment is critical.🌿

We were stoked to get popular science communicator Dr Karl on board too!

Our team has been loving the new shirts and how could you not!? The fung-ki design is so colourful and fun 🍄.

As this year’s charity partner, all t-shirts sold support ACF’s work in finding solutions to protect and restore nature.

They’re available for purchase now so get in quick, before they sell out!

MyClimate 2050 tool is here!

Using 2050 projections from the CSIRO, this new mobile-friendly tool reveals what temperatures will be like in 15,000 locations around Australia in 2050 if we continue on a business-as-usual pathway.

Our climate is shaped by what we do today and this tool highlights what will happen if we continue to pollute our climate.

TRY MYCLIMATE 2050

We can’t wait to hear who’s taken out the top spot in the world’s biggest music countdown. Tune in from 12pm today and remember to tag us on social media so we can see how you’re celebrating!

There'll be plenty of love for ACF on the airwaves and an interview with ACF climate campaigner Hilly Montague.

Thank you for your support, as always.
