Grow People Power Induction Webinar

As local groups we’re working on structuring ourselves in a way that helps us achieve our big goals to protect nature and climate. People are taking up roles in their groups that are focused on changing the story, fixing the system and building people power.

Through July we’ll be holding inductions for these roles. This webinar is designed for people who want to help develop their groups’ efforts to grow people power.

Why do groups need people taking on roles focused on growing people power?

These roles focus on growing the group to build our collective power, and involve:

• Activities that reach out to your local community and recruit them to your group (stalls, film nights, calling parties, surveys, etc)
• Onboarding of new members into your group- helping them find their place in ACF.
• Helping our groups to be more diverse and inclusive.
