Act to Get Political Will to Mitigate Climate Disruption plus screening of amusing short video.

City branch of Citizens Climate Lobby’s next regular monthly meeting will be at 7 pm on Friday 27 April in a room up the lift on Level 1, Sydney Mechanics School of Arts, 280 Pitt St Sydney, near Town Hall Station.

From 6pm, all are welcome to join us for a light meal at the nearby Arthouse Hotel Restaurant 275 Pitt St – look for the Citizens Climate Lobby T-shirts.

At the meeting, we may show a short film - either an episode of of “Years of Living Dangerously” or an amusing instructional video - and discuss progress with raising awareness of the seriousness and urgency of action on Climate Disruption. 

Methods used are writing to the press and holding meetings with community leaders, including politicians. The meetings are fun: they stimulate us to think of ideas and to act.
