Training: Introduction to Facilitating Online Meetings (Zoom)

We are inviting you to join our training session on facilitating online meetings.

The increasing importance of using online meeting tools such as Zoom is becoming a permanent fixture in effective communication in the work place and among community groups. If Zoom still feels a little confusing then this training session will help you build a foundational understanding. We will cover facilitation techniques for online meetings, how to create, start and run a meeting using Zoom, we'll go over Zoom functions including assigning co-hosts, sharing screens, helping participants change their view, muting and a few other basics to get you started!

Who is this training for?

• Those who have never hosted an online meeting before 
• Those who want to learn how to create and host a Zoom meeting 
• Those that are looking to sharpen their online facilitation skills
• Those that are keen to learn advanced Zoom functions like breakout rooms and sharing presentation slides 

After you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. 

The webinar starts at 6:30pm AEDT – so that's 6.30pm in ACT, NSW, VIC; 5.30pm in QLD; 6pm in SA; 5pm the NT; 3.30pm in WA.

The webinar will go for an hour and a half.
