ChangeMakers Organising School is running a session on Thursday 26th of November on coaching as an organising and change making practice.

This training, led by Carly Willoughby-Rolls, will make explicit the role of coaching as a fundamental practice in organising and as an important practice within social change organisations.  The session aims to simplify and clarify the basics of coaching as a practice and explore and allow participants to practice how to establish coaching relationships and begin coaching.

Participants will leave better understanding what coaching is; how it fits as a practice within the organising framework, why it’s important to build coaching cultures within organisations and; how they can begin to introduce coaching into their work to better develop agency, power and leadership in their organising and organisations.

After you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

The webinar starts at 6pm AEDT – so that's 6pm in ACT, NSW, TAS, and VIC; 5:30pm in SA, 5pm in QLD and 3pm in WA.

ChangeMakers Organising School is independently run by ChangeMakers podcast and is now in its third season. Every Thursday at 6pm a group of Australian organisers will deliver a free 1 and a 1/2 hour training on the art of change making. While these trainings are running as a series, each week’s topic is self-contained and stands alone so don’t worry if you haven’t attended any of the previous sessions.

ACF will not pass on your contact details if you RSVP, however once you attend the event via zoom the host may collect your contact details to follow up with you. For more information about ChangeMakers Organising School see their website here.
