We have laws to protect our living world.
But these laws are too weak to stop companies from bulldozing forests, digging mines and polluting our air and water. With habitat disappearing and the web of life fracturing, plants and animals are vanishing like never before.
Hardline lobbyists are even pushing to abolish the threatened species list. They want to sweep extinction under the carpet and make it even easier to destroy the habitat we all call home.
This is outrageous and we won't stand for it.
We are facing a pollution and extinction crisis and we have no Planet B.
Our elected representatives must create a new framework of national laws to safeguard our air, water and all living things, not allow it to be destroyed.
Sign the petition calling on Prime Minister Turnbull and Opposition Leader Bill Shorten to:
Create a new generation of national laws to protect the web of life.
