Dear Landlord: Asking For What You Need

I’m very excited to invite you to the third of our ‘Energy Efficiency For Renters’ workshops… ‘Dear Landlord.’ Sunday 4th August from 2pm - 5pm at Lab Square Commons, shop 7 Labuan Square, Norlane.

In this workshop we will offer people a chance to share of their experiences navigating rental property dilemmas, with plenty of space for venting as necessary. All feelings are welcome!

Once the sharing is complete we'll have a look at savvy ways to request specific upgrades from landlords for household energy efficiency. We'll also do some learning about what your rights are as a renter and what the minimum standards are for renters. 

Then to wrap things up we’ll hear from local band, ‘Seal Prince and the Roof Rats’ who will play some thumping tunes for you to stomp out your feelings to!

A delicious afternoon tea will also be provided… so… yeah…this is not an event to be missed!
