Clothing for the Climate

Join ACF Inner Melbourne Community this Earth Day on Saturday April 22nd for our sustainable fashion workshop hosted at local zero-waste cafe, Into Coffee (2A Robert St, Collingwood).

During the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Discuss how to repurpose and revitalise worn clothes using patching and patchwork techniques with local designer, Leah Muddle (@shop_scrapbook)
• Revamp an old T-shirt at our hot press printing station
• Have a chat about ways to practice sustainable fashion, and learn from some local experts and creatives, including Vonne from InRo, a circular startup with personalised second-hand clothing subscription.

Come along any time* from 10-1 to get crafty and learn something new (and enjoy Into Coffee’s delicious sandwiches!).

Tickets for this workshop are $5 per person (young children are welcome to attend free of charge). All proceeds from ticket sales will be used to cover fees for the local artists involved in the event. We look forward to seeing you there! Tickets here.
