Chisholm Vic: 2030 Targets Action at Gladys Liu Office 20220204

Our Community is very disappointed in the lack of commitment to Climate Justice by our Federal Government.  Science and the Glasgow pact are very clear on the need for strong emission reductions of more than 50% by 2030.

We are holding regular actions asking for science based 2030 targets on Friday mornings.  Since our Chisholm MP Gladys Liu has her office on Burwood Highway, which is a major arterial road the most impactful time is morning peak.

We meet in front of the Office and then stand on both sides of the road with banners and signs.  Physical Distancing is easy to maintain in this way.

Please wear a facemask and bring your own sign and hand sanitiser if possible.  Obey local regulations for Covid Safety at all times.  Do not attend if you are unwell.
