Electric Vehicles (EVs) are Australia's transport future. Come to Electrify Your Wheels to learn more about the benefits of clean transport and check out a range of EVs.

About this event

Shifting to EVs is a key step on our journey to net-zero emissions as transport is a major source of rising pollution in Australia. Manufacturers internationally are moving rapidly to EVs and people who drive them, love them!

This is why ACF Community Chisholm is hosting Electrify Your Wheels!

Do you:

Want to know more about the benefits of clean transport?

Thinking about buying an EV or an e-bike?

Want to speak to an EV owner, look at a range of EVs and test ride an e-bike?

Then this event is for you!

Join our free community event to hear about, check out and compare a range of electric vehicles.

  • 11am-1pm Hear from guest speakers, including:
    • Kelly O-Shanassy from the Australian Conservation Foundation
    • Ross De Rango from the Electric Vehicle Council
    • Rick Molloy from the Australian Electric Vehicle Association
    • Monash and Whitehorse City Councils' sustainable transport team
  • 12.15-2.00pm Look at EVs, chat to owners and test ride e-bikes

You can attend the full day, starting at 11am or join from 12.15pm to chat with EV owners and test ride an e-bike!

Please RSVP so that we have a sense of how many people are joining us.

We are pleased to be supported by our friends at Eastern Climate Action Melbourne (ECAM). For more information on ECAM and the value of electric vehicles, have a look at their website.

We look forward to seeing you there!

ACF Community Chisholm is part of a network of independently organised, volunteer-run groups in the ACF community. ACF will pass on your contact details to the host for the purpose of running the event.
