Over the past few years, we’ve been cooking up an exciting new narrative project, guided by the best research from communications, psychology, academia and campaigning. We’ve done discourse analysis, qualitative and quantitative testing, focus groups, dial testing and much more.

We can't wait to share our narrative and research with you.

The workshop will look at how, together, we can:

  • Change the story
  • Use compassionate values that inspire people to care and act
  • Frame challenges as people-made and solvable
  • Tell emotionally compelling stories that move people to action
  • Use active language and don’t mix metaphors
  • Use the power of narrative to capture the public imagination with our shared vision for the future.

This workshop is for change makers, storytellers, collaborators, creatives, communicators, fundraisers, campaigners, organisers and people who care, from all corners of civil society.

The workshop is free but places are limited. We would appreciate a $20 contribution on the day for a copy of our narrative handbook and afternoon tea.

You're welcome to join us for pizza at Kaprica afterwards, just around the corner from ACF.
