Join us for a very special calling party with the passionate local community at Pachamama Wholefoods + Kitchen! 
You’ll be hosted by Carly and Joel from our People Power team, and you’ll hear from our Campaign Director Paul Sinclair too! If you’ve never made calls with us before, come along to this fully supported training to learn how.
Over the past 12 months, volunteers across Australia have built a movement of over 94,000 climate voters to make this THE #ClimateElection. Now, with the federal election on May 18 fast approaching, it is a crucial time for us to talk to these people who care about climate change to let them know how the parties compare, using ACF's independent scorecard.
Join us at 6pm at Pachamama Wholefoods + Kitchen, 74-78 Sydney Rd, Brunswick:
- We’ll hear from ACF’s Campaign Director Paul Sinclair on how we’re making this THE #ClimateElection
- We’ll brief you on the script, give you time to practice conversations and show you how to dial in to the calling campaign on your phone
- We’ll all make calls together
- We'll debrief together over a drink and some food!
Conversations are the most powerful way to connect with others on issues we care about. Using ACF's dialler, it’s easier than ever to get talking to people living in key electorates where we can have maximum impact before the next election.
All you need to bring is your fully-charged mobile phone (and a set of headphones if you have them - they make making calls easier!) We’ll have printed copies of the calling script and other resources for you on the night.
Whether you’re new to calls or very experienced, we’d love for you to join us! This action is for anyone who cares about making the next election THE #ClimateElection. Come along and have a great time with like-minded people while you change the world, one conversation at a time.
