Brisbane West Conservation Network is holding a screening of the new doco, #StopAdani: A Mighty Force, on Thursday 22nd February at 6:30pm at the Kenmore Library.

RSVP now to save your seat!

#StopAdani: A Mighty Force tells the story of the movement to stop what would be one of the world’s biggest coal mines and to protect the Great Barrier Reef.

From remote central Queensland where the mine is proposed to be built, to rallies in metropolitan Melbourne and Sydney, this David and Goliath battle is one of the most determined and focused campaigns in Australia’s recent history.

As Juru Traditional elder Carol Prior says in the film, "Adani are dealing with a mighty force, and the more it grows, the harder we’ll be to beat."

Brisbane West Conservation Network is part of a network of independently organised, volunteer-run groups in the ACF community. When you RSVP, ACF will pass on your contact details to the host for the purpose of running the event.
