The decisions we make now must help us weather this virus and set a better course for the future of our communities and our planet. The decisions today and in coming months will determine the shape of our society and economy for decades to come.

Beyond coronavirus, we have great challenges ahead of us – especially in an unpredictable future beset by climate change. The climate and extinction crisis are not letting up, despite the pandemic – and the need for solutions will not disappear.

Now is a time to think about how we respond to all crises and take brave steps to protect others. There may be seeds of opportunity in this crisis – community connections, wise government leadership, respecting scientific experts.

Let's all respond creatively, work collaboratively and take care – safely in digital spaces!
