How good are the student climate strikers?
The students have clearly done their homework. At home and around the world, communities are already getting on with it. We just need to massively scale things up and with others around Australia and the world we need to show massive support for urgent action to prevent climate damage.
Join our 'get together' a week before in the same area as the Maroochydore Global Climate Strike If a first timer this is a great opportunity to meet others joining the strike a week later. Maybe you will want to organise with others to create banners or signs why climate action is important to you.
Come and have a coffee/tea with others taking the plunge.
