ACF Deakin Persuasive Conversation Training

If you had it on your 2025 New Years resolution lists to make more connections with like-minded people, to learn some new valuable skills and to get more involved in the climate and nature space, then this event is perfect for you! ACF Deakin are running an in person training on having persuasive conversations. 

Being able to have effective persuasive conversations with people is a great way to build meaningful relationships that encourage action and raise awareness. Good persuasive conversations skills are incredibly useful for activists and volunteers looking to make a difference and work with others to build power.

At these sessions we will:

• Run through a short and sweet persuasive conversation training session
• Chat about what ACF is doing to build power for nature and climate in the lead up to the Election, and share how you can get involved
• Learn from one other! 

The purpose of these sessions is to build connection, build skills, and build our movement in the lead up to the election. It's open to anyone and everyone interested in coming along regardless of your previous experience! We'll also provide some snacks and morning tea.
