ACF Central Victoria October 2023 Castlemaine Bushland Walk

Join us for a moderately challenging loop walk in a box-ironbark woodland within the Castlemaine Diggings National Heritage Park.

The meeting point is about 3 km from central Castlemaine and 38 km from central Bendigo.  You will need to register to find out exactly where we will meet and start our walk.

The total walking distance is about 5 km, easily completed within 2 hours.  The route is moderately challenging, with some steep sections and some rough and rocky tracks.  Sturdy and supportive footwear is important and bring your walking poles, if you have them.  Also, please wear suitable clothing, bring drinking water and snacks, and protect yourself from the elements.
